Name: Elise Bushard After MHS I: Got a B.A. in Biology from Bethel College, St.Paul. I have worked as a naturalist since then teaching children and adults all about the plants and animals of Minnesota at Lowry Nature Center,Carver Park, Victoria, MN. Most Embarrassing High School memory is: There were many....my hair..my glasses...and I am trying to forget them. Most exciting thing I’ve done since I left MHS: My honeymoon cruise in the Mediterranean, Italy, the Greek Isles, and Turkey. Farthest away from MHS: Istanbul, Turkey. Best friend while at MHS: Sharon Rasmussen The most meaningful moment I have had since MHS: My wedding to Bruce Bushard. I now reside in: Plymouth, MN Here’s what I do on a daily basis: Get my 2-yr. old ready for daycare. Work at the nature center teaching kids. Fun activities like snowshoeing or walking in nature. Dinner. Cleaning. Trying to get quality family time with my husband and daughter. I have kids?: Two-year old Victoria (Tori) is a joy. She is full of energy and happiness. I am pregnant with my second child and am due at Christmas! I am married?: Bruce Bushard Spouse/Partner: Bruce Bushard, a 1981 grad. of New Ulm High School, MN and Mankato State, 1986. Sales Consultant for American Express Financial Advisors, Minneapolis. I’ve learned since high school: That we were very young in high school and didn't have all the answers to life's problems. What I would like to go down in history for: Being a good mom and wife.
