Name: Katie Weisenberg (nickname stuck) After MHS I: Went to Bethel College for my first year. (they asked me to not come back for the next) Then to St. Cloud State for the next four...Bethel/St.Cloud? Hmm... While at MHS, I would have loved to have had a date with (or been noticed by): Todd Baer, Rob Urban! Most Embarrassing High School memory is: Doing a pep fest routine with C-squad and waving my middle finger at the freshman. Mr. Kaufman (band teacher) looking at me with disugust. (pink slips much?) Most exciting thing I’ve done since I left MHS: Meeting the LOVE of my life after 36 years and marrying him May 30, 2003. Farthest away from MHS: Hawaii, Most bizarre place I’ve run into an old classmate: Haskells in Excelsior...imagine the shock! Best friend while at MHS: Sue Leach, Ann Schultenover and Mitchell Wherley (class of '84) The most meaningful moment I have had since MHS: Dealing with death and love at the same time. I've learned some pretty important lessons in life from this. I now reside in: Minnetonka (we all come back sometime) Here’s what I do on a daily basis: Babysit adults. I've worked at Spalon Montage (day spa and salon) managing for the last 10 years. We now have 3 locations and I've been involved since day one. I have kids?: Not human, but are treated as such. Bart and Homer, kittens/almost cats. Right now I have enough kids to worry about. I am married?: Yes Spouse/Partner: Matt Weisenberg, the one and only I’ve learned since high school: Everything is worth the wait if it means something to you, having an open mind opens your horizons, and that if it doesn't raise my taxes...it's even better! What I would like to go down in history for: Working hard and playing equally as hard. Integrity and balance.
