Name: Scott Andre Birth Name: Scott Edward Andre
After MHS I: Attended UND and received an electrical engineering degree. Afterwords I went to work for Medtronic. Today I also own/operate several businesses.
While at MHS, I would have loved to have had a date with (or been noticed by): My wife of today.
Most Embarrassing High School memory is: Delivering a bottle-rocket, smoke bomb and polish cannon assualt on a guy's house who had stolen my girlfriend. The assult included accidentally lighting a tree on fire. The next day I discovered the guy lived somewhere else. I wasn't actually upset with the guy but we we're looking for something creatively stupid to do on a Friday night.
Most exciting thing I’ve done since I left MHS: Spending our honeymoon on a private island in the outer bahamas. No phones, no cars, no help if you need it. Just a boat and miles of unoccupied beaches and islands. I had the boat only 5 minutes before I accidently tore up coral in 18 inches of water. Ooops.
Farthest away from MHS: England
Most bizarre place I’ve run into an old classmate: I met a graduate of our class on the college diving team. We never met in high school but we shared many friends in common.
Best friend while at MHS: Jim Malecha and Brad Cole were my closest friends. Brad is the only person from Mtka I'm still in touch with today.
The most meaningful moment I have had since MHS: Accepting the Lord, meeting my wife and knowing she was the one the moment I met her, and whenever I arrive home and hear the children shout "Daddy's home! Daddy's home!"
I now reside in: Andover, Mn
Here’s what I do on a daily basis: Take my medication. (kidding) Work on getting the money-making done so I can move on to better ways to spend my time.
I have kids?: 6 yr old daughter and a 2.5 yr old son.
I am married?: Yes
Spouse/Partner: Michelle (Virchow) Andre. Coon Rapids '85.
I’ve learned since high school: The best use of your life is for the use of your life to out last your life. Character is the one thing we take with us into eternity.
What I would like to go down in history for: That I made a huge difference in the lives of the people who knew me.
