Name: Sheryl Cash After MHS I: Completed a BA in journalism/poli-sci at UW-Madison. Then worked at a small newspaper in Iowa before going to the City News Bureau of Chicago. For seven years, I worked in several p.r. positions for the City of Chicago & Chicago Park District. My last full-time job was working as the Director of Mkting/PR at the Chicago Botanic Garden. I've since gone out on my own, doing p.r./writing work from home. Most Embarrassing High School memory is: There were so many; I've blocked them from my memory. Most exciting thing I’ve done since I left MHS: Working as a reporter in Chicago. Farthest away from MHS: Greece Best friend while at MHS: Sharon Yeager The most meaningful moment I have had since MHS: Having my two children I now reside in: Park Ridge, Illinois Here’s what I do on a daily basis: Taking care of my kids while juggling some work projects. I have kids?: Laura, 4; Michael, 2 I am married?: Yes Spouse/Partner: Brian Cash I’ve learned since high school: Life can be very humbling. What I would like to go down in history for: Hopefully, being a good person (still working on that, though)
